Any offer of employment with Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation (WROTBC)/Batavia Downs Gaming is contingent upon a pre-employment physical and substance abuse testing. Understand that if employed at Batavia Downs Gaming (8315 Park Road Batavia, NY 14020) that I will be required to obtain and maintain certain license(s) issued by the New York State Gaming Commission as a condition of employment. The New York State Gaming Commission may deny a license to a person who has been convicted of certain felony and misdemeanor offenses.

Understand that nothing contained in this application or in the hiring process implies, creates, and/or is intended to create or imply a contract of employment between WROTBC/Batavia Downs Gaming and myself. If I am hired by WROTBC/Batavia Downs Gaming, my employment and compensation are "at will," which means that my employment can be terminated either by WROTBC/Batavia Downs Gaming or by me, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Notwithstanding the above, if I become a member of a union and covered under a collective bargaining agreement between that union and WROTBC/Batavia Downs Gaming, then I understand the terms and conditions of my employment will be governed by the terms and conditions of that collective bargaining agreement.
